Details: Newport Officers were dispatched to the Eastside Trailer Park in Newport regarding a possible MIP party. Upon arrival, officers located three underage juvenile females who were all visibly intoxicated. All three were transported to Good Samaritan Hospital for evaluation due to intoxication. While at the hospital, Evans became physically combative, where she kicked a Newport Officer and a Registered Nurse. Evans, Stiltner and Wooley were treated and released from the hospital. Evans was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was booked in and lodged on charges of Assaulting a Public Safety Officer, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct II, and Resisting Arrest. Her bail was listed at $42,500.00. She was also issued a citation for Minor in Possession. Stiltner was issued a citation for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor and Minor in Possession. Wooley was issued a citation for Minor in Possession, and transported to the Lincoln County Juvenile Department, where she was released to their custody.
