Victim: Bridgeview Legacy Medical Laboratory

Arrested: Timothy C. Derrick, 38 yoa (Dob: 09-5-68) Charges: Burglary II, and Possession of Methamphetamine. Bail: $50,000.00.

Jennifer K. Mann, 35 yoa (Dob: 08-09-72) Charges: Burglary II, and Possession of Methamphetamine. Bail: $50,000.00

Corrina M. Dabney, 40 yoa (Dob: 08-01-67) Charges: Possession of Methamphetamine. Bail: $25,000.00

David W. White, 39 yoa (Dob: 01-1-68) Charges: Probation Violation. Bail: $00

Brian F. Branch, 38 yoa (Dob: 04-06-69) Charges: Warrant Arrest - Indictment. Bail: $5,000.00


Details: On 082107 at approximately 0145 hours, Officers TJ Eriksen and Dustin Kittel responded to an alarm at the Bridgeview Medical Laboratory at 1010 SW Coast Hwy. On arrival Officer Eriksen encounter a female near the rear exit door of the building. She was identified as Jennifer Mann. Officer Kittel observed a male inside, later identified as Timothy Derrick, going through cabinets and drawers with a flashlight. With assistance from Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies and a Trooper from Oregon State Police, entry was made into the building where Derrick was quickly detained. Three more adults and two juveniles were found living in a vacant office on the third floor.

The ensuing investigation revealed that Timothy Derrick, along with David White and Brian Branch had permission to stay temporarily in the vacant office while doing some work in the Newport area. Derrick's two kids along with his girlfriend Corrina Dabney and Jennifer Mann had also moved into the room. Derrick and Mann broke into the medical laboratory to look for drugs and drug related items such a syringes and tourniquets. They were arrested on Burglary Charges.

White was found to be a felony sex offender and was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail at the request of Marion County Parole and Probation. Branch was cited and released on a warrant out of Marion County. Dabney was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for possession of methamphetamines. Derrick and Mann were lodged at Lincoln County Jail for Burglary II. Derrick was also charged with possession of methamphetamines. The two juveniles were taken into protective custody and turned over to DHS due to the living conditions which included used syringes in the kid's suitcases.
